2. How to make a request
Email our privacy team
Write to support@yumiecho.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
Describe the request
State whether you want access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, or another applicable privacy right.
Identify the context
Explain which company interaction or operated service is involved so we can locate the correct records.
3. What to include
- the email address associated with the relevant interaction or account;
- your name, username, account identifier, transaction reference, or other limited identifier, if applicable;
- the country or region relevant to your request;
- a clear description of the information and action requested; and
- any deadline or legal context we should understand.
Do not send a password, complete payment-card number, or unnecessary government identification.
4. Verification and authorized requests
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, account ownership, or authority to act for another person. Verification information is used only to process and document the request. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain what additional information is needed where permitted.
5. Processing and response
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex requests, high-volume requests, or requests involving multiple systems may require additional time where legally permitted. We will communicate material delays or lawful reasons for denying or limiting a request.
6. Information that may be retained
Deletion rights may be subject to exceptions. We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, contractual, or legal-claims purposes. Restricted backup copies may remain until overwritten in the normal backup cycle. Retained information is not used for unrelated ordinary purposes.
7. Service-specific tools
A digital service operated by REALM DATA LIMITED may also provide in-service privacy or deletion controls. Those tools can be used where available, but this public email channel remains available for users who cannot access a service or need additional assistance.
